Driftwood Beach

"The scattered driftwood bleached and dry.
The wild waves reach their hands for it,

The wild wind raves, the tide runs high,
As up and down the beach we flit -

Little sandpipers and I."  ~  Celia Thaxter (American poet & author)

  1. I visited Driftwood Beach after my columbus to new york bus trip with my wife. This beautiful beach is located on the north end of the Jekyll Island. You can see a wide range of beautiful driftwood and trees that resemble a tree graveyard on this beach. This destination is very famous for weddings and offers awesome location for photography.
