The Blue-headed Vireo's diet consists mainly of insects. The photo below shows a Vireo with a very large flying insect on the branch next to it. I don't know what went on between them, but it almost seemed like they were having a heart-to-heart discussion. The Vireo eventually flew away and let the insect be.
